If you already know that your BCBS, Aetna, or Cigna plan provides therapy coverage, you do not need to complete the full benefits-review form.
Tell us how to reach you and what question you have. A therapist can follow up with you about availability, fit, insurance, scheduling, or getting started.
Depending on your specific plan, insurance may cover a significant portion of the cost of therapy. Your responsibility could include a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or another amount determined by your plan.
That is why we would rather help you get a clearer picture of your benefits than have you assume therapy is not covered.

ATX Family Therapy is now able to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna/Evernorth, and Aetna insurance through our partnership with Talk Therapy Austin.
Our goal is to make it easier to understand what therapy may cost before you begin. Insurance coverage varies by plan, so benefits, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and eligibility will be verified whenever possible before services are billed.
We are currently able to work with clients who have:
Insurance participation and benefits can vary by specific plan. Being insured by one of these companies does not always guarantee that a particular service will be covered or paid at the same rate.
Théodore E. Halls is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate practicing under clinical supervision.
When appropriate, insurance services may be provided through a supervisory billing arrangement. This means that services provided by an associate therapist may be billed under the supervising clinician or participating group practice when permitted by the insurance plan, payer requirements, and applicable professional regulations.
Your insurance claim may therefore identify the supervising clinician or Talk Therapy Austin as the billing provider even though your therapy sessions are conducted with Théodore E. Halls, LMFT Associate.
Insurance claims are submitted and processed through our partnership with Talk Therapy Austin. Talk Therapy Austin serves as the participating practice for insurance billing and may handle eligibility verification, claim submission, payment processing, and other insurance-related administrative functions.
Because insurance benefits differ from plan to plan, we encourage clients to confirm their behavioral health benefits directly with their insurance carrier as well.
Private pay remains available for clients who prefer not to use insurance, including those who value greater privacy, flexibility, or control over how their care is documented and billed.
Sliding-scale rates may also be available when appropriate based on financial circumstances and availability.
Insurance can be confusing, and you are welcome to ask questions before beginning care.
Please reach out if you would like help understanding our insurance process, private-pay options, or expected costs. We are also happy to provide a Good Faith Estimate of the anticipated cost of care when applicable.
Our goal is for you to have a clear understanding of your financial options before moving forward with therapy.
